About the Role

We're looking for a Data Science Consultant who believes that data should drive decisions, not just fill dashboards. You'll work directly with clients to turn their messy, complex data into clear, actionable insights that actually move the business forward.

This isn't about building models for the sake of models. You'll be solving real business problems with elegant data solutions that people can understand and act on. Think less 'black box algorithm' and more 'clear path to better decisions.'

You'll split your time between client engagements, hands-on analysis, and building data products that scale. This role is perfect for a data scientist who wants to see their work create immediate business impact.

What You'll Do

  • •Design and implement end-to-end data solutions for client business problems
  • •Build predictive models and analytics frameworks that drive real business decisions
  • •Lead data discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities
  • •Create clear, compelling data visualizations and executive reports
  • •Mentor junior data analysts and help build our data practice capabilities
  • •Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize data models and pipelines
  • •Stay current with data science best practices and emerging analytical techniques

What You Bring

Required Experience

  • •5+ years in data science with 2+ years in consulting or client-facing roles
  • •Expert-level Python and R skills with experience in pandas, scikit-learn, and statistical libraries
  • •Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • •Experience building and deploying machine learning models in production
  • •Proven ability to communicate complex analysis to non-technical stakeholders

What Makes You Stand Out

  • •Experience with modern data stack tools (dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, etc.)
  • •Background in A/B testing and experimental design
  • •Domain expertise in marketing analytics, customer segmentation, or growth metrics
  • •Experience with real-time analytics and streaming data platforms
  • •Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
