About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Analytics Technology Specialist who believes that marketing technology should make growth predictable, not just trackable. You'll design and implement marketing tech stacks that provide clear, actionable insights to drive business growth.

This isn't about managing endless martech tools or creating vanity dashboards. You'll be building integrated systems that help companies understand their customers, optimize their funnel, and scale their growth efficiently.

You'll work directly with clients to architect their marketing technology infrastructure, implement attribution models, and create measurement frameworks that actually inform strategic decisions.

  • Design and implement marketing technology stacks for client growth initiatives
  • Build comprehensive attribution models and customer journey tracking systems
  • Create executive dashboards and automated reporting that drive strategic decisions
  • Lead marketing technology audits and optimization projects
  • Implement advanced analytics in platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure data-driven campaign optimization
  • Stay current with marketing technology trends and emerging measurement capabilities

What You Bring

Required Experience

  • 4+ years in marketing analytics or marketing technology roles
  • Expert-level experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with marketing data analysis
  • Experience building marketing attribution models and multi-touch attribution systems

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience with advanced analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment)
  • Background in growth marketing or performance marketing roles
  • Knowledge of privacy-first tracking and server-side implementations
